Beltraco DUAL/DUO curing is a self-curing filler (2-component) that can be simultaneously cured with blue light (LCA). Nanoparticles have also been added to the filler, giving it a finer structure and making it easier to polish. The use of blue light ensures faster curing. Beltraco DUAL/DUO curing filler is for fast and permanent repair of holes, cracks (not suitable for hairline cracks), chips/broken pieces in ceramic, enamel, porcelain, wall and floor tiles, granite, marble, other natural and composite/artificial stone types.
The size and depth of the damage is irrelevant.
Easy to use, no self-mixing and supplied with 1 mixing tip blue.
Product characteristics:
- The filler can be cured with either blue light or catalyst (2-component principle). With blue light, the curing process will be shortened.
- Can be polished to almost high gloss.
- Cures within minutes, 3-5 minutes at 23°C, regardless of the depth and size of the damage.
- Has high flexural strength.
- Superior formula with nanoparticles.
- It has better colour resistance than ordinary 2-component putties.
- Minimal yellowing of the white colour over time (Db<2.0 after 7 years).
- Do not store longer than 1 year at room temperature of +5°C - +20°C. If stored in the refrigerator at +4°C it can be kept longer.
- Repair large cracks, even below the waterline.
- Protect the syringe from heat and direct sunlight.
- After use, the syringe should be resealed, can be used several times.
- Temperature resistance from -40°C to +150°C.
- Can be used on surfaces in contact with food and is non-toxic.
- Indoor and outdoor use.

2907 standard white, 2911 transparent, 5004 jet black (RAL 9005).
